1. General Provisions
1.1 These Terms and Conditions define the rules and conditions for the provision of transport services by Rafbus.be.
1.2 Using Rafbus.be’s services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 Rafbus.be reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions.
The current version is always available on the Rafbus.be website.
2. Scope of Services
2.1 Rafbus.be offers transport services within Belgium and other EU countries, including:
- Airport transfers;
- Group transportation;
- Individual and business transportation.
2.2 Services are provided using vehicles owned by Rafbus.be.
3. Booking Conditions
3.1 Bookings can be made via:

3.2 A booking is considered confirmed after receiving a confirmation reply from Rafbus.be.
3.3 The client is obliged to provide accurate and complete booking information.
4. Payments
4.1 Payments for services can be made in the following forms:
- Cash;
- Bank transfer;
- Card payment (if available).
4.2 The full amount for the service must be paid before the service begins unless otherwise agreed.
4.3 In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, Rafbus.be reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1 The client must arrive punctually at the agreed pick-up location.
5.2 The client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or their passengers.
5.3 The client is required to follow safety rules while using the service, including fastening seat belts.
5.4 Smoking, drinking alcohol, and using drugs are strictly prohibited in Rafbus.be vehicles.
6. Rafbus.be Responsibilities
6.1 Rafbus.be is committed to providing services on time in accordance with the agreed conditions.
6.2 In case of unforeseen events, such as vehicle breakdowns or unexpected road difficulties, Rafbus.be reserves the right to change the service conditions. The client will be promptly informed of any changes.
6.3 Rafbus.be provides insurance for all passengers during the transport service.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
7.1 The client has the right to cancel the booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.
7.2 In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, the client will be charged a fee of 50% of the service value.
7.3 Refunds for unused services will be processed within 14 business days from the date of notification.
8. Complaints
8.1 Any complaints regarding the service must be submitted in writing to the email address info@rafbus.be within 7 days of the service date.
8.2 Complaints will be reviewed within 14 business days from the date of receipt.
9. Data Protection
9.1 The client’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Rafbus.be Privacy Policy.
10. Final Provisions
10.1 Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Belgian law.
10.2 Any disputes related to the services provided by Rafbus.be will be resolved by the competent court in Belgium.
10.3 These Terms and Conditions come into effect on the date of their publication on the Rafbus.be website.
