Simply fill in the booking form on the homepage by selecting your pickup date, time, locations and number of passengers. You will receive an instant price and can confirm your booking in just a few seconds. 

It depends on the type of booking.
If you choose a Private Transfer, the vehicle is reserved only for your group.
If you book a Shared Shuttle, you may be traveling with other passengers going in the same direction.

After completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email – usually within 1 to 2 hours.
If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.

We track flight arrival times, but if you’re aware of a delay, please let us know by phone or email – the contact details are on your booking confirmation.
If possible, we’ll adjust your pickup time to match the new arrival.

In case of a major delay (over 3 hours), you may request a refund for your transfer from the airline directly.

Each passenger is allowed one medium suitcase and one carry-on bag (like a backpack or handbag).
For example, if you book an 8-seat vehicle, you can bring 8 suitcases and 8 carry-on bags total.

Absolutely! If your company requires an invoice, just let us know after completing your booking. Send us your company details and we’ll issue the invoice and email it to you.

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability and smooth organization.
The minimum notice for a booking is 12 hours before your planned pickup time.

Your meeting point is indicated in your booking confirmation.
Before your trip, you will also receive the driver’s contact details.
If there’s any issue or emergency, please call the number provided in your reservation.

You can cancel your booking free of charge and receive a full refund if you do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
After that, the booking is considered final and non-refundable.
