These Terms and Conditions govern the use of transport services provided by Rafbus (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “our”, or “the Company”). By booking a service through our website, email, phone, SMS, or messaging apps (such as WhatsApp), the customer (“you”) agrees to these Terms.
2. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through our official channels.
Prices are clearly stated before confirming the booking.
Payments can be made online via our secure booking system, in cash to the driver, or via bank transfer (if agreed in advance).
Group transport (over 8 passengers) requires a 20% deposit to confirm the reservation.
Full name and phone number must be provided when booking.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.
50% refund for cancellations made between 24 and 12 hours before pickup.
No refund for cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup or in case of no-show.
In case of flight delays, the driver will wait up to 60 minutes at no extra charge. After this period, waiting fees may apply.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate pickup and drop-off addresses.
Be ready at the agreed pickup time.
Notify us as early as possible in case of changes.
Treat drivers and vehicles with respect. Any damage caused by passengers will be charged.
Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
By using our service, the customer acknowledges that travel is at their own risk. Rafbus is not liable for personal injury, loss of health, or death resulting from road incidents, unless caused by proven negligence of the company or driver.
5. Company Responsibilities
Provide a clean, safe, and insured vehicle.
Arrive on time or inform the customer in case of any exceptional delay.
Ensure that the assigned driver holds a valid professional license and has appropriate experience.
6. Luggage and Special Requirements
The customer is responsible for informing us in advance about oversized luggage, sports equipment, or child seats.
Each passenger is allowed one suitcase and one carry-on bag. Extra luggage must be confirmed in advance.
7. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR. Your personal information is used solely to deliver our services and will never be sold to third parties. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time by contacting us.
8. Liability
Rafbus is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, such as traffic, road closures, strikes, accidents, or extreme weather.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the transport service.
9. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Brussels, Belgium.
